By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy & Data Protection Policy and any additional guidelines or policies referenced within. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.
Hawk & Grace Wellbeing is a clinic offering hypnotherapy and life coaching services, and all services provided are subject to the terms outlined here,

If we believe you are using our website illegally or in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to our site. We reserve the right to take any legal steps necessary to prevent you from accessing our site.
2. Our Services
Hawk & Grace Wellbeing offer hypnotherapy and Life coaching. Details of the services we provide are available on our website, and we reserve the right to amend or update these services at our discretion.
3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
- Booking Appointments: By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide this notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session fee.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge you for the missed session.
- Attending your sessions: Please ensure that you are available at your session start time. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to make a full session available, however, as the ability to do this will depend on bookings after your session, this cannot be guaranteed.
4. Payment and Fees
- Fees: All service fees are clearly outlined on our website or provided to you in advance of your appointment. Payments are due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed. My professional fees are subject to review and may increase from time to time. You will always receive confirmation of the professional fees before booking
- Methods of Payment: Payments for services can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer. You are responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are accurate.
- Refunds: Once a service has been provided, we generally do not offer refunds unless required by law. However, if you feel that the service provided was unsatisfactory, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of in-person sessions or 24 hours of online sessions. If you should need to cancel or change your appointment time please contact me on 07486 880709 and leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can with a new appointment time.
Session fees are for my time and professional expertise and are not a guarantee of a successful outcome. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any sessions where you have attended and paid for the session.
Where a block of sessions have been booked and paid for in advance, if you choose to discontinue your therapy process before attending all the sessions, a pro rata refund will be issued after deduction of the full standard session fee for any sessions you have attended.
5. Use of the Website
- Personal Use: This website is for your personal use only. You may not use this website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Hawk & Grace Wellbeing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. - Hypnotherapy recordings: should not be listened to whilst driving, operating machinery or undertaking any other activity where concentration is required. Any recording provided is for your personal use only and must not be shared, lent, copied or sold under any circumstances.

- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 999 or seek immediate attention from a healthcare provider. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care or treatment.
Medical Information and Suitability for Therapy
- As part of the therapeutic process, I may request details regarding your medical history to identify any potential contra-indications to treatment. This information also assists in understanding whether your current state of health may be influencing, or influenced by, the goals you wish to achieve through therapy.
- You are responsible for informing me of any changes to your medical condition during the course of therapy, or if you are returning to therapy following a period of absence.
- If you are currently under the care of a medical, healthcare, or therapeutic professional—such as a GP, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or Counsellor—you may be required to obtain their consent before we begin therapeutic sessions.
- Please note that I am unable to offer my professional services to individuals who have been diagnosed with epilepsy or any form of psychosis.
- You agree not to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those medications which have been prescribed by your doctor. If you do attend any sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, or demonstrate violent or abusive behaviour, I will cancel the session and may refuse to see you for any further sessions without refunding any payment already made.
10. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful activity.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
